The company is DVBE owned and operated business that has grown from four employees in 1993 to over 70 employees in the Greater Bay Area. GSMA’s has two offices; located in Walnut Creek and Sunnyvale, both of which have the capacity to dispatch security officers, vehicles and equipment as necessary.

RICHARD H. SPARKS - Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Mr. Sparks has over 20+ years of demonstrated experience in information analysis and security, including work in intelligence operations with the U.S. Army, and extensive experience working with first responders. He is a skilled user of the Asvaco assessment tool set and is also skilled in the development and application of its various methodologies to homeland security needs. Mr. Sparks was the lead developer of the Asvaco Multi Hazard Assessment and Vulnerability Module for use with critical infrastructures, incorporating all appropriate FEMA and NFPA standards. Mr. Sparks is a member of the Military Intelligence Corps Association, American College of Forensics Examiners International, American College of Certified Homeland Security, National Association of Chiefs of Police and the American Society for Industrial Security.
GLORIA DECAMBRA-SPARKS - Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder
Mrs. Decambra-Sparks brings her considerable experience in Industrial Organizational Psychology while working with local and state organizations to GSMA compounded with her 20 years experience in contract security patrol management and operations and as a trouble analyst for GTE.
ROBERT S. KELSICK – Secretary and Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Kelsick brings 20+ years experience from the Caribbean Airline Industry aviation maintenance and security management. Mr. Kelsick oversees all daily security operations using his considerable experience in security operations management.
YVONNE M. KELSICK – Treasurer and Director of Business Administration
Mrs. Kelsick joined GSMA in 1995 as the payroll manager. Mrs. Kelsick has and extensive background in labor law, worker’s compensation compliance and security labor management. |
