| GSMA prepares and implements it’s employee
training program at five levels. These levels are designed
to develop employees into professional security personnel.
In addition to security training, all of our employees are
pre-screened for advanced training as Emergency Medical Technicians,
Paramedics or Firefighters.
Capabilities
Level 1 Security Officer Basic Training
Employees are provided with a 40 hour block of instruction
on the basic functions of a security officer. These areas
include Legal Aspects, Emergency Response, and Patrol Techniques.
Level 2 Security Advanced Training
Employees are provided 40 hours of advanced training tailored
to a specific industry. Presently our list of Industries include
Paper Production, Agricultural Product Manufacturing, Paper
Converting, Pharmaceutical, Retail Distribution, Corporate
Headquarters facilities, Public utilities and Retail Outlets
Level 3 Security Supervisory Training
Employees who are leaders within their disciplines are asked
to receive supervisor training. Supervision Training is a
40 block of classroom instruction and a 4 week field training
period. Upon successful completion employees are eligible
to advance to the level of site supervisor.
Level 4 First Responder Training
Employees are proved with the opportunity to become First
Responders. Typically, our first responders work within the
manufacturing and industrial disciplines. First Responder
course are outsourced to certified academies and include Firefighter,
Paramedic and Emergency Medical Technician.
Level 5 Security Management Training
Only the finest employees who have demonstrated their dedication
to the company and their profession are invited to receive
management training. This training is a comprehensive review
of the companies philosophy, goals and expectations. Upon
successful completion employees are eligible to advance to
the level of area manager.
